On Wednesday, March 12, former Juniata Senior High School standout Elizabeth Gaisior’s current college team, the Fordham Rams, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Hofstra Pride.
The game took place at Bahoshy Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Pride this season.
The Rams’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at Bahoshy Softball Complex against Loyola Ramblers.

Pennsylvania lawmakers are moving forward with new measures to simplify the state’s permitting process, building on previous reforms aimed at reducing bureaucratic delays.
Senator Greg Rothman (R-34) announced that a significant change to the school funding formula has been approved by the Pennsylvania state Senate and is expected to become law as part of the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget.
