Thursday, Feb. 13: Greenwood High School standout Ty Sherman’s college team wins to Pittsburgh Johnstown Mountain Cats

On Thursday, Feb. 13, former Greenwood High School standout Ty Sherman’s current college team, the Shippensburg Raiders, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Pittsburgh Johnstown Mountain Cats.

The game took place at Fairchild Field. This was their first matchup against the Mountain Cats this season.

The Raiders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m. at Fairchild Field against Gannon Golden Knights.
