FOIA Request to Perry County Regarding Access to FOIA Logs from January to October 2024 on October 7, 2024.
In our ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, we at Central PA News have sent a request for records under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 §66.1 et seq., specifically targeting FOIA logs that were sent to Perry County from the start of the year until October 7, 2024.
The information requested includes key details such as the requester's name and organization, content of the request, date of the request and its completion date, as well as the status of the FOIA. This information is crucial in enabling us to fulfill our professional responsibilities which include holding public institutions accountable and providing transparency to the public.
