Act 17 of 2023 will see the interchange of U.S. Routes 22/322 with Arch Rock Road in Fermanagh Township, Juniata County, honored as the Trooper Jacques F. Rougeau, Jr. Memorial Interchange, as stated by Pennsylvania State Police Sgt. Lucas Rankin.

The naming ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday, March 22. Representatives such as Rep. Perry Stambaugh, Sen. Judy Ward, members of the Rougeau family, and officials from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation will be present at the event.

For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be live-streamed on repperrystambaugh.com, as mentioned by media contact Jennifer Fitch. Those wishing to navigate to the event location are advised to use 300 William Penn Highway, Mifflintown, for GPS purposes, according to Pennsylvania State Police Sgt. Lucas Rankin.

The tribute serves as a poignant reminder of the sacrifice made by Trooper Jacques F. Rougeau, Jr., and stands as a lasting memorial in his honor.
