Of the 150 people living in Alfarata in 2020, 42.7 percent (64) were women and 57.3 percent (86) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 13. All nine individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
