Of the 142 people living in Atkinson Mills in 2020, 46.5 percent (66) were women and 53.5 percent (76) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 6. In the 65 and over age range, there were 17 females and six males.
