Of the 893 people living in Port Royal in 2020, 50.1 percent (447) were women and 49.9 percent (446) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Central PA News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 14. In the 65 and over age range, there were 102 females and 95 males.
