Liverpool township recently issued the following announcement.
The Liverpool Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be conducting a Public Hearing
on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Liverpool Community Center located at
6801 School Street in Valley City, Ohio.
The applicants, James A. Beriswill and Carol J. Beriswill, 2200 Station Road, Valley
City, Ohio, are requesting a use variance in order to install a propane distribution tank
on their property. This request is for the property located at 2018 Station Road, Valley
City (Parcel No. 025-01C-27-001).
The public is invited to attend. The Board will only consider pertinent and probative
evidence and is required to dismiss speculative comments as well as subjective and
unsubstantiated opinions.
