New Carroll Elementary Principal

At the October 17th School Board Meeting, Mr. Daniel J. Emanuelson was hired as the new principal at Carroll Elementary. Mr. Emanuelson has twenty-six years of experience as an educator with 18 years of administrative experience. He taught first grade in Suitland, Maryland, and York and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He served as an elementary administrator in the Red Bank Valley School District and the Baldwin Whitehall School District. Additionally, he served as a consultant for Kaiwen Academy in Beijing, China, and was a principal in Alaska. Mr. Emanuelson is thrilled to be at West Perry and looks forward to working with the school community and families to foster a vision of excellence.
